1. Trauma therapy.

Trauma requires careful, informed work.

It is not simply about revisiting the past, and it cannot be rushed. Done properly, trauma therapy is structured, paced, and grounded in a clear understanding of how trauma affects both mind and body.

I work with:

You will not be pushed to go further than you are ready for – but we will not avoid the work either.
